FRESH FACES Model Contest!

Eye Am Photography, a Toronto and York Region photographer is looking for fresh faces to photograph for our new website . Email me an image (non-professional, preferably close-up) of your child (ages 6mo to 17yr) to anne@eyeamphotography.com for a chance to receive a complimentary photo session and $100 print credit. There is only one catch…the session is totally conceptualized by the Toronto children’s photographer, Anne Mason! This means that I will be choosing the location and stylizing the entire session.

This contest ends on October 15th, 2009.

This is the time of year for family photography. If you are looking for fall sessions, the time to book is now. I know that no one wants to hear this but the leaves are starting to turn colours. A few more weeks and the colours will be gorgeous. If you have booked a session with me than you know that I send you information on what to wear but I thought that creating a visual would be more helpful. I haven’t shared in a little while and I do apologize. Summer has been very busy and I have lots to share. I will be posting images and more information over the next couple of weeks. Watch for holiday mini sessions as well as special discounts for returning clients.

A few weeks ago I held a contest on the website Child’s Life
Recently I had the pleasure of photographing the children of the winner at a beautiful location in Markham, just north of Toronto. Here is one of the images from the session. I will share more images soon.

I really have to thank “K” for finding this gorgeous location for me. I’ve driven by it about a thousand times and never knew this part of Markham was there. What a beautiful location for photography of children or families or courageous pregnant women! The mosquitoes nearly ate us alive. Hopefully I distracted them because they really love me. Some of you may recognize “K” from my website. I have had the pleasure of photographing her for her first maternity session as well as her first newborn session. We’ve also had a couple family photography sessions over the last couple of years as well. Sometime next month I’ll post some pics from her latest newborn session once the newest addition to her family is born.
